Increasing the effectiveness of recording accurate and fast medical record data can utilize current technological advances, namely with Electronic Medical Records. Every health service facility is required to organize electronic medical records in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health. Based on the results of the preliminary study, negative impacts were still found due to the lack of implementation of electronic medical records in the inpatient installation of Bali Mandara Regional Hospital. Based on these problems, the "Analysis of Electronic Medical Record Readiness in the Inpatient Installation of Bali Mandara Regional Hospital with the DOQ-IT (Doctor's Office Quality-Information Technology) Approach" will provide a more detailed and easier picture in preparing for the implementation of Electronic Medical Records in the Inpatient Installation of Bali Mandara Regional Hospital. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive study DOQ-IT method with a sample of 10 people. The type of data collected is primary and secondary data taken from interviews and observation checklists. The results found that the readiness of electronic medical records in the inpatient installation of Bali Mandara Regional Hospital has received support from the management of Bali Mandara Regional Hospital, support in the form of planning that has been made a top priority, budgeting costs, infrastructure procurement and the formation of a special team. Further planning is still needed to ensure adequate infrastructure, including primary facilities and supporting facilities, hardware, and software, to ensure the smooth operation of electronic medical records in inpatient settings. Furthermore, human resource development is also needed, both in terms of knowledge, understanding, and the number of available personnel.
