Electronic Medical Records (RME) make it easier for medical personnel to analyze a disease and plan actions for patients, which include treatment, care and medical procedures, with RME it will be possible to improve the quality of health services to a more optimal level. Currently, in the field we still find many implementations of nursing care that are still manual and conventional, not yet accompanied by adequate technological systems/equipment. so there is a big potential for negligence in practice. The aim of this Community Service (PKM) activity is to help partners to be able to provide maximum and optimal health services, especially nursing services, by accompanying partners in RME. This activity was carried out in September and October 2024, where education in the form of webinars was carried out online on 17 September 2024 and mentoring on 16-18 October 2024 at the BJW Independent Nursing Practice. This activity was attended by 10 people, namely three lecturers, three students and four respondents. Assistance with the use of RME in BJW Independent Nursing Practice shows a positive impact, where the health workers on duty and BJW nurses themselves feel changes in providing health services to patients.
