Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability pada Komunitas Pariwisata Terdampak COVID-19

The ongoing Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic leading to severe infection and deaths even. In the last 3 (three) years, this condition caused catastrophic financial challenges in the world. International Monetary Fund (IMF) reported the economic burden is minus 3%. World Health Organization reported that Indonesia is in 20th place from 230 countries impacted of pandemic in economy, health, and tourism. Bali, as the most tourism destination has the largest loss of economic struggles experiences. In this new normal era, many tourist’s destination is not order Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environment Sustainability (CHSE) protocol yet, despite that this is the most important aspect to make reassurance of their safety on COVID-19 infection. We conducted a CHSE empowerment program to increase the knowledge and behavior of the tourism actors. This program increased the level of knowledge from 40 to 86 and also increase behavior from 55 to 81 (more than 80% claimed the indicators). Behavior scale also reported that there is an increase of behavior from 55 to 81 (more than 80% claimed the indicators). In general, the program has achieved the success indicators of program and deemed as success. We wish that the program can be continuing on other tourism actors in this new normal era post COVID-19 pandemic.
