Abstract

The implementation of the Mobile JKN application by BPJS Health aims to improve the efficiency and quality of healthcare services, including online outpatient registration. However, in RS Ibnu Sina Makassar, the implementation of this application is still low, particularly among elderly patients and due to integration issues with the hospital’s information system (SIMRS). This study aims to enhance the understanding of patients and medical staff through educational videos distributed via the hospital's social media. The method used involved creating tutorial videos on how to register using the Mobile JKN application. The results showed significant improvements in patients' and medical staff's understanding of the online queue registration process. Further training is necessary for patients who are less familiar with technology. While the educational videos were effective in improving understanding, system improvements and continuous training are essential to optimize the use of the application and enhance the quality of healthcare services
